We are pleased with our stay. The place is a real retreat. The service is good but needs upgrading although the service personel is most gracious. More care in cleanliness on the whole is another suggestion. The restaurent service should be a bit more rapid. The food is tasty.

Totally awesome. No complaints. The view is perfect. The nicest hotel I have stayed in Kerala. The staff was totally respectful and very pleasing. Their motto was service and they performed service nicely.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice. the staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very very good. Would have liked to experience the ayurvedic treatments but had no time.
